Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026. These terms are the agreement between your organization and Marlow, Inc. for using Marlow.
Using Marlow
You need to be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms for your organization. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for how the workspace is used.
Your content
You own everything your team puts into Marlow. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use Marlow to break the law, send spam, harass people, or try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do, after telling you why where we can.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Seats added mid-term are prorated. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices can change with 30 days notice. Changes never apply to a term you have already paid for.
Availability
We aim for 99.9 percent monthly uptime on paid plans and publish incidents on our status page. Business plans include service credits if we miss it.
Ending the agreement
You can close your workspace from settings. You can export your data for 30 days after closing, then we delete it.
Liability
Marlow is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
