Privacy policy
Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy explains what Marlow, Inc. collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, work email, company and billing details for paid plans.
Workspace content: messages, files, decisions and approvals your team creates. This is your data. We process it only to run Marlow for you.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, collected to keep the service reliable and to improve it.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, to send you product and billing emails you need, and to answer support requests.
We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not use workspace content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Marlow for us, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
Authorities, only when the law requires it. We tell affected customers unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
How long we keep it
Workspace content is kept until your admins delete it, apply a retention rule, or close the workspace. Closed workspaces are deleted 30 days after closure.
Billing records are kept for 7 years to meet tax law.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from your account settings, or by emailing hello@marlowchat.com.
If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.
