Fewer meetings, more threads: what changed in a quarter
We cut our recurring meetings from eleven to four. Here is what replaced them and what did not work.

We looked at every recurring meeting on the calendar and asked whether it existed to share information or to make a decision.
Information meetings became weekly threads with a template. Decision meetings stayed, but got shorter because the context was already written down.
